Hi, my name is Linda Hill. I have been in the real estate industry more than 23 years working alongside attorneys. My work with attorneys included Estate Planning and litigation. My experience in real estate with title companies has been the work I enjoy the most. I am the Office Manager for Venture Title, L.L.C. and have secured my Producer's License for signing title insurance policies. Venture Title, L.L.C. is licensed to close loans in Maine , New Hampshire and Massachusetts and have worked with brokers in various other states. We work with real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, purchasers and sellers guiding them through the process to the closing table making their closing a rewarding experience. My name is Carrie P. Forbes. As a graduate from the University of New Hampshire I started my career as a client liaison for a Business Brokerage Firm, Phillips Associates, specializing in automobile franchise dealerships. I assisted clients who were interested in buying and/or selling their automobile dealership as well as assisted in the valuation, sale and closing process of these transactions. With this experience I moved on to Venture Title, L.L.C., carrying knowledge from my previous experiences with real estate closings at Phillips Associates as well as many years of part time work at Century 21 Central Falls. Years later I now have extensive knowledge in regards to title work, from preparing the legal documents and processing to conducting the closing. I enjoy this business not only because I am constantly learning but because I am constantly helping. The most important part of this job is to be of assistance whenever it is needed. I have had the pleasure of working with wonderful people, be it the mortgage brokers, the realtors, the buyers or the sellers. Our clients and the wonderful women I work with in this office is what makes my job the BEST job.
